Turning Off Marketing Emails

If you would rather not receive marketing emails, you can switch them off from the Preferences tab in Settings. Essential emails, like security and transaction messages, will still reach you.

1. Open your account menu, choose Settings, then the Preferences tab.
2. Scroll to Marketing.
3. Switch the Email toggle off to stop receiving marketing emails.
Essential emails are never affected
As the setting notes, turning off marketing emails does not affect essential messages. You will still receive security emails and transaction confirmations, since those keep your account safe and keep you informed about your funds.
Good to know
Change your mind any time. You can switch marketing emails back on from the same place whenever you like.
Security and transactions still arrive. Important account emails are always sent, regardless of this setting.
It applies to your account email. The toggle controls marketing to the email address on your account.
Miss a promotion? With marketing off you may not hear about offers by email; you can still see promotions in your account.
