Why Is My Account Blocked?

Common reasons, and how to resolve it

If your account is blocked or restricted, it is usually a protective step rather than a penalty, and most reasons are quick to resolve. Here are the common causes and what to do.

Common reasons

Verification is needed. If your account verification (KYC) is pending or incomplete, some actions may be paused until it is done. Completing it often lifts the restriction.

A security check. If there are signs of unusual activity, or a possible sign-in you did not make, access may be limited to protect you while it is reviewed.

A Responsible Gambling setting. If you have set a limit or a self-exclusion, that intentionally restricts play for the period you chose. This is working as intended.

A transaction or compliance review. Occasionally a deposit, withdrawal, or account detail needs a closer look before things continue.

What to do

1.  Check whether you have any pending verification to complete on the Verifications tab in Settings.

2.  Contact our support team through the official site. They can tell you the specific reason and exactly what is needed to resolve it.

Blocks are usually protective

Most restrictions exist to keep your account and funds safe, or to meet licensing requirements. Completing verification and confirming your details with support resolves the great majority of cases.

Good to know

Complete verification early. Getting verification done ahead of time avoids pauses later, especially around withdrawals.

Keep your details current. An up-to-date, verified email and completed personal information help everything run smoothly.

Self-exclusion is time-bound. If a Responsible Gambling period is the cause, it lifts when that period ends; support can explain the details.
