Seeing Your Deposit Limits in the Cashier

How much you can deposit, and how much is left

Flush.io applies a daily and a monthly deposit limit to every account. You can see both limits, and exactly how much of each you have left, right inside the Cashier. This guide shows you where to find them and how to read them.

Where to find your deposit limits

Your limits live on the Deposit screen. Open the Cashier from the header, stay on the Deposit tab, and choose any coin. Below the deposit address you will see a Deposit limits section you can expand.

1.  Open the Cashier from the header and stay on the Deposit tab.

2.  Choose any coin, then select Deposit limits to expand the section.

3.  Your daily and monthly limits appear, each with how much you have remaining.

Reading your daily and monthly limits

Each limit shows the total amount and, just beneath it, how much you have left, along with a coloured bar that fills up as you use it. The example below shows an account partway through its daily limit.

Figure 2: the daily and monthly limits, with the amount remaining under each

Daily limit. The most you can deposit in a single day. In this example it is €50.00, with €14.06 still remaining for the day.

Monthly limit. The most you can deposit across the month. Here it is €5,000.00, with €4,964.06 remaining.

The remaining amount counts down. Each deposit reduces what is left, and the bar reflects how much of the limit you have used so far.

Limits are shown as a fiat amount

Even when you deposit crypto, your limits and remaining balances are tracked as a fiat value (euros here). So a crypto deposit counts toward your limit based on its value at the time, not the number of coins.

When you reach a limit

If you use up your daily or monthly limit, deposits pause until it resets. The Deposit screen tells you clearly, and shows exactly when depositing will be available again.

Figure 3: when a limit is reached, deposits are paused until the reset time shown

Deposits are paused, not lost. Reaching a limit simply means you cannot deposit more for now. Your balance and account are completely unaffected.

The reset time is shown. The screen displays exactly when your limit resets, for example a daily limit rolling over the next day. After that, depositing is available again automatically.

The other limit may still have room. Daily and monthly limits are separate. Reaching your daily limit pauses deposits for the day even if your monthly limit still has plenty remaining.

Sending more than your limit allows

If you send a deposit that would take you over your limit, any amount above the limit is automatically sent back to you, and you will not be able to play with those surplus funds. Only the portion that fits within your remaining limit is credited to your balance. To avoid funds making the round trip, check your remaining limit before you send and keep your deposit within it.

Good to know

Surplus over your limit is returned. Any funds you send above your available limit are sent back to you and cannot be played with, so it is always worth sending an amount that fits within your remaining limit.

Check before a larger deposit. If you plan to add a bigger amount, glance at your remaining daily limit first so you know how much will go through.

Both limits apply at once. A deposit needs to fit within whichever limit is lower at that moment, your remaining daily or your remaining monthly.

Limits help you stay in control. Deposit limits are a standard responsible-play and security feature, there to help you keep your spending where you want it.

Want different limits? If you would like to review your limits, our support team can talk you through the options available on your account.

Your own limits may differ. The amounts shown here are an example; your daily and monthly limits may be different, and are always the ones shown on your own Deposit screen.
