How to Permanently Self-Exclude

Locking your account for good

Permanent self-exclusion is the strongest step in our Responsible Gambling tools. It locks your account indefinitely, for when you want to stop playing for good. Unlike a timed break, it does not expire on its own: it stays in place permanently and can only be lifted by contacting our team. Because it is lasting, it is worth considering carefully, and this guide explains exactly what it means.

Setting a permanent self-exclusion

1.  Open your account menu, choose Settings, then the Responsible Gambling tab.

2.  On Self exclusion, select Take a break.

3.  Choose Permanent as the exclusion duration, then follow the steps to confirm.

What permanent self-exclusion does

Your account is locked indefinitely. Gameplay and deposits are blocked for good.

You can still withdraw. Your funds remain yours: you can still withdraw your balance while excluded.

It does not expire. A permanent exclusion stays in place permanently. As the screen states, it remains until it is lifted by an operator; it will never lift automatically with time.

A deliberate, lasting step

Permanent self-exclusion is designed to be firm and final. It will not end on its own, and there is no way to switch it off yourself. Choose it when you genuinely want to stop for good. If you are unsure, a timed break for a set period may suit you better, and still gives you a real pause.

If you ever want it lifted

Because the exclusion is permanent, there is no self-service way to remove it. If at some point you wish to discuss lifting it, you would need to contact our support team, who can talk you through what is involved. This is intentionally not instant: the whole point of a permanent exclusion is that it holds firm and cannot be undone in a single moment.

Good to know

Consider a timed break first. If you are not certain you want to stop for good, taking a break for a chosen period gives you space without being permanent; our guide on taking a break covers it.

Your balance stays accessible. Permanent exclusion never means losing access to your funds; you can withdraw your balance.
