How Can I Change My Email Address?

Your email address is shown on the Account tab in Settings, but for security it is not something you can edit yourself. Email changes are made by our support team. Here is how to request one and what to expect.

Requesting the change

1.  Contact our support team through the official Flush.io site and let them know you want to change your email.

2.  Have your username and both your current and new email addresses ready, so they can help quickly.

3.  Support will verify your identity before making the change, since your email controls account recovery.

4.  Once updated, verify your new address using the link sent to it, so everything stays confirmed.

Good to know

Use an email you will keep. Choose an address you expect to have long-term access to, so recovery and alerts always reach you.

Keep the old inbox until it is done. If you can, retain access to your current email until the change is complete, in case it is needed to confirm the switch.

Never share your password. Support verifies your identity through proper channels and will never need your password to change your email.
