If pages are loading incorrectly, you’re stuck on an old version of the site, or you’re having trouble logging in or claiming a bonus, clearing Firefox’s cache and cookies usually fixes it. The steps differ slightly between iPhone/iPad and Android, so both are covered below.

Before you start

Clearing cookies signs you out of every website in Firefox, including your Flush.io account. Make sure you know your login details (and have access to your 2FA method) before you clear anything. Passwords saved in Firefox are not affected.

Part 1 — Firefox on iPhone & iPad

1. Open Firefox and tap the menu button (≡) in the bottom-right corner, then tap Settings.

2. Scroll down and tap Data Management.

3. Switch on Cache, Cookies and Offline Website Data. Leave Browsing History off if you want to keep it.

4. Tap Clear Private Data.

5. Tap OK to confirm.

Part 2 — Firefox on Android

1. Open Firefox and tap the menu button (⋮) in the toolbar, then tap Settings.

2. Scroll down and tap Delete browsing data.

3. Tick Cookies and site data and Cached images and files. Leave the rest unticked if you want to keep your tabs and history.

4. Tap Delete browsing data and confirm.

Automatic clearing (optional)

On Android you can also set Firefox to clear data every time you quit: Settings › Delete browsing data on quit. On iPhone/iPad, the Close Private Tabs setting does the equivalent for private browsing only.

After clearing

Close and reopen Firefox, then go back to the site. You’ll need to sign in again, cookies store your login session, so being logged out everywhere is expected. If the original problem persists after clearing, try a private window to rule out extensions, check for a Firefox update, or contact support with a description of what you’re seeing.
