Why Do I Need to Verify My Email Address?
The reasons behind that verification link

When you register, Flush.io sends a verification link to your email address. Confirming it is a quick step, and it matters more than it might seem. Here is why.
What verification does for you
It proves the address is yours and reachable. Verifying confirms you can actually receive email at that address, which is essential for everything below.
It protects account recovery. If you ever need to reset your password or regain access, that process relies on your verified email. An unverified or wrong address could leave you locked out.
It keeps security alerts flowing. Important notices, like security messages and transaction confirmations, are sent to your email. Verification makes sure they reach you.
It guards against typos. Verifying catches a mistyped address at sign-up, so your account is not tied to an inbox you cannot access.
It only takes a moment
Open the verification email we sent at registration and select the link. You can check your status any time on the Verifications tab in Settings, and resend the link from there if you need to.
Good to know
Check your status in Settings. The Verifications tab shows whether your email is verified, and offers a Resend email option if it is not.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and make sure the address on your Account tab is correct.
Keep access to your inbox. Since so much depends on it, make sure you can always receive mail at your account email.
