How Can I Delete My Account?
Closing your account, and what to consider first

If you would like to close your Flush.io account, it is handled by our support team rather than a button in Settings. This makes sure your account is closed safely and that any remaining funds reach you first. Here is how it works and what to think about beforehand.
Before you close your account
Withdraw any remaining balance. Make sure you have withdrawn any funds you still hold, as you will want these back before the account is closed.
Consider whether you just need a break. If your goal is to step away or control your play rather than leave for good, our Responsible Gambling tools, such as deposit limits or self-exclusion, may suit you better and are easy to turn on.
Requesting closure
1. Contact our support team through the official Flush.io site and let them know you want to close your account.
2. They will confirm a few details with you and explain anything to complete first, such as withdrawing a remaining balance.
3. Once confirmed, your account is closed.
Withdraw your balance first
Always withdraw any remaining funds before requesting closure. Our support team will help make sure nothing is left behind, but it is simplest to cash out any balance yourself beforehand.
Good to know
Some records may be kept. As a licensed operator, Flush.io may need to retain certain account records for a period for legal and regulatory reasons, as set out in the Privacy Policy. Support can explain what applies.
Self-exclusion is an alternative. If you want to be unable to play for a set time, self-exclusion through our Responsible Gambling tools does that without permanently closing the account.
Reopening may not be possible. Treat closure as final. If you are unsure, a break using Responsible Gambling tools keeps your options open.
Always use official channels. Only request closure through the official Flush.io site, and never share your password to do so.
