I Deposited the Wrong Amount
What happens, and what to do

Crypto deposits credit the exact amount you send, so what happens next depends on whether you sent too little or more than you meant to. Here is what to expect.
If you sent too little
Above the minimum. If what you sent still meets the coin’s minimum deposit, it simply credits as normal; you can top up with another deposit if you want more.
Below the minimum. If you sent less than the minimum deposit for that coin, it may not be credited. If that happens, contact our support team with the details.
If you sent more than you meant to
The full amount you sent credits to your balance. There is nothing to fix: you can keep it for play, or withdraw the extra as normal, subject to the usual withdrawal minimum, network fee, and the one-time playthrough on deposits.
We do not usually refund deposits
As a rule, deposits are not refunded once they have credited to your balance. If you are in a difficult situation, though, please contact our support team through the official site: explain what happened, and we will review your situation and help where we can.
Wrong coin or wrong network is different
This guide is about sending the wrong amount of the right coin on the right network. If you sent the wrong coin, an unsupported coin, or used the wrong network, see our separate guides, as those situations are handled differently and may not be recoverable.
Good to know
Deposits credit exactly what you send. There is no partial or adjusted crediting; the amount that arrives is what shows in your balance.
Check the minimum next time. The deposit screen shows the minimum for each coin, which helps avoid an under-minimum send.
Unsure? If anything about your deposit looks wrong, our support team can check it for you.
