How Can I See My Withdrawal Status?
Following a withdrawal from request to arrival

You can track any withdrawal on your Transactions page, where it shows as Pending, Completed or Cancelled. Right after you request one, you can also follow its live progress in the Cashier.
On your Transactions page
1. Open your account dropdown in the top right and choose Transactions.
2. On the Wallet tab, find your withdrawal and check its Status: Pending, Completed, Cancelled, or Failed.

The status screen. Just after requesting, a status screen shows the stages: Request received, Review (usually under 5 minutes), Sending, and Sent.
Reopen it any time. The Withdraw tab in the Cashier shows a "Pending withdrawal, Check status" entry so you can return to this at any point.
Email updates. Flush.io emails you when your withdrawal is sent, and again when it arrives.
Still pending? You can still cancel
While a withdrawal is Pending, a Cancel button appears next to it on the Transactions page, and the funds return to your balance if you cancel. Our guide on cancelling a withdrawal walks through it.
Good to know
Review is quick. The review step is standard on every withdrawal and is usually done in under 5 minutes.
Watch your wallet for arrival. Once Completed, the funds appear in your receiving wallet when the network confirms them, minus the network fee shown.
If it shows Failed. A Failed withdrawal did not go through, and the amount is returned to your balance. Contact our support team if you are unsure why.
Taking too long? If it is well past the estimate after being sent, contact our support team with the details.
