I Sent an Unsupported Crypto
When a coin we don’t support is sent

Flush.io supports a specific set of coins, each shown in the Cashier. If you send a coin or token that is not supported, or send it on a network that is not offered for it, it may not credit and may not be recoverable. Here is what to know.
What happens
It may not credit. A deposit address is set up for one specific coin on one specific network. Sending anything else to it means the system is not expecting those funds, so they may not appear in your balance.
Recovery is not guaranteed. Depending on what was sent and where, the funds may be unrecoverable. Contact our support team with the full details; they will tell you whether anything can be done, though it often cannot.
Only send the exact coin and network shown
The safest rule is simple: deposit only the coins listed in the Cashier, and only on the network shown on the deposit screen. Sending anything outside that is the main way deposits are lost.
Good to know
Check the supported coins. The Cashier lists exactly which coins you can deposit; if a coin is not there, do not send it.
Match the network too. Even a supported coin must be sent on a supported network; our crypto rails guide explains why.
Want a different coin? If you hold a coin we do not support, convert it on an exchange to one we do, then deposit that.
