I Sent to the Wrong Address
What you can do, stated plainly

This is an important one to be clear about. A confirmed crypto transaction cannot be reversed, undone, or recovered by anyone, including Flush.io. What you can do depends on exactly what happened.
What to do
Sent to a wrong external address. If you sent crypto to an address that is not your Flush.io deposit address, for example a mistyped or wrong wallet, the funds have left to that address and are very likely unrecoverable. Flush.io cannot retrieve them, because the transaction is final on the blockchain.
Right Flush.io coin, wrong network. If you sent the correct coin to your Flush.io address but on a network that address does not support, contact our support team with the details. Recovery is not guaranteed and is often not possible, but it is worth raising.
Why nothing can reverse it
Crypto transactions are permanent by design, which is what keeps everyone’s funds secure. That same permanence means a transfer to the wrong place cannot be clawed back. This is true across all of crypto, not just Flush.io.
Avoiding it next time
Always copy and paste, or scan. Never type an address by hand; copy it, paste it, or scan the QR code, and glance over it before sending.
Match the network on both ends. Make sure the network you send on matches the one the address expects; our crypto rails guide covers this.
Try a small test first. For a new address, sending a small amount first and confirming it arrives is a genuinely good habit.
