How Can I See My Deposit Status?
Checking whether a deposit has gone through

You can see the status of any deposit on your Transactions page. Each deposit shows whether it is Pending or Completed, so you always know where it stands.
Checking your deposit status
1. Open your account dropdown in the top right and choose Transactions.
2. On the Wallet tab, find your deposit in the list.
3. Check the Status column: Completed means it has credited to your balance; Pending means it is still being confirmed; and Failed means the deposit did not go through.
Pending deposits just need confirmations
A deposit shows as Pending while the network confirms it, then updates to Completed and appears in your balance. This usually takes only minutes; the deposit screen shows an estimated arrival time for each coin.
Good to know
Your balance confirms it too. Once a deposit is Completed, it is reflected in your balance in the header and the balance menu.
Below the minimum may not show. If you sent less than the coin’s minimum deposit, it may not credit; our guide on minimum deposits explains this.
