How to Remove a Reality Check
Turning the reminders off

If you no longer want the periodic reminders, you can switch your reality check off at any time from the Responsible Gambling tab in Settings.
Turning it off
1. Open your account menu, choose Settings, then the Responsible Gambling tab.
2. Switch Reality check off.
3. That is it: reminders stop. You can turn it back on, or change the interval, whenever you like.
Reminders are there to help
A reality check is a low-effort way to stay aware of your time while playing. If you are turning it off, it may still be worth keeping another tool, like a session or deposit limit, in place.
