A reality check is a simple reminder that pops up while you play, prompting you to take a breather and notice how long you have been going. It is a light, helpful way to stay aware of your time. Here is how to turn it on.

Once selected, your option displays on the page.

A nudge, not an interruption
A reality check simply reminds you to pause and take stock. It is one of the easiest ways to keep your play feeling comfortable, and you can change how often it appears, or turn it off, at any time.
